A leading manufacturer of architectural solutions is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to drive sales for CastWorks products. This role involves managing independent sales reps, developing strategies for growth, and ensuring collaboration across multiple teams. Primary location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Relocation offered: No. Employment status: Full‑time. Travel: 26%–50%. Non‑compete: Yes. National outside sales role; position location is flexible, ideally near Philadelphia, PA, northern New Jersey, New York City, the Northeast, or Chicago.
Estimated base salary range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Individual pay is based on location, skills, expertise, experience and other factors. Salary may be adjusted based on geographic location.

Reporting to the Director of Specialty Sales & Independent Agents, the Specialty Sales Manager manages our Independent Representative Groups network for CastWorks and ensures collaboration with manufacturing plants, estimating, marketing, and project management to foster long‑term customer relationships and satisfaction.
In conjunction with the corporate sales organization, the Specialty Sales Manager establishes market, regional, and target customer strategies for growth, new opportunities, and market share acquisitions for CastWorks products. The role is strategic and hands‑on, accountable for driving the annual CastWorks sales plans, including monthly and quarterly tracking to ensure targets are met. The incumbent educates, mentors, and guides the corporate sales organization on selling CastWorks products and supports the company’s total solutions selling strategy.
