The Role

We have a vacancy for a Central Sales Manager based at our Corby Depot (NN18 8AA). Basic hours 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week).

Reporting to the Sales Director the main objective is to promote the Company’s products and services to new, existing and potential customers and to build and maintain professional relationships with them. Provide marketing and administrative support to the Company Sales Team and Depots.

Key Duties
  • Assist the Directors and Business Development Manager in management and preparation of Tenders and produce Evaluation Reports on results
  • Manage and coordinate Customer Feedback Questionnaires and produce summary result on findings
  • Ensure completion of PQQ’s and keep all Customers and their Portals updated with relevant information required for compliance
  • Make contact with new and prospective customers (via telephone, email, video conference or other Social Media methods) and maintain a record for all those contacted on CRM. Pass leads to Area Sales Managers where applicable
  • Drive quote conversion performance, ensuring follow-up discipline and customer engagement align with business objectives
  • Provide Central Marketing Support to include Social Media feeds, bespoke campaigns, leading to increase in customer engagement and report on results

We are looking for a Self-Starter who is Assertive, Decisive, Adaptable and has excellent Communication and Administrative Skills.
