A leading plant hire company in Corby is seeking a Central Sales Manager to promote products and services to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have experience in the plant hire industry, be assertive, and possess strong communication skills. You will manage customer relationships and feedback, drive sales performance, and provide marketing support. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits.
With a fleet of over 2,200 items of plant and equipment and employing over 180 staff, we are the largest compaction and surface dressing hire Company in the UK and also provide a general purpose fleet of compact and mid range sized construction and materials handling equipment.
We have a national network of 9 Depots (Glasgow, Darlington, Stoke, Chesterfield, Ludlow, Corby, Andover, Dartford and Newton Abbot) and have operated for over 60 years which is a testament to our culture of ‘Committed to Service in Everything We Do’.
We have a vacancy for a Central Sales Manager based at our Corby Depot (NN18 8AA). Basic hours 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week).
Reporting to the Sales Director the main objective is to promote the Company’s products and services to new, existing and potential customers and to build and maintain professional relationships with them. Provide marketing and administrative support to the Company Sales Team and Depots.
The successful candidate will have good experience in the Plant Hire Industry and demonstrate a track record of achievements in a similar role.
We are looking for a Self-Starter who is Assertive, Decisive, Adaptable and has excellent Communication and Administrative Skills.
