Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader with a proven track record in driving commercial growth within fast-paced InsurTech and SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will bring strategic sales leadership and a deep understanding of venture capital-backed technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B SaaS sales strategies
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Drive revenue growth and exceed aggressive quarterly targets
- Build and manage strategic enterprise client relationships
- Design scalable sales processes and methodologies
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on market trends and opportunities
Required Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales leadership
- Experience in a Venture Capital environment
- Proven track record of success in InsurTech or similar high-growth technology sectors
- Experience in venture capital-backed startup environments
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise contracts
- Strong network within insurance and technology sales ecosystems
- Experience in transforming sales strategies and driving cultural change
- Deep understanding of insurance technology landscapes
