Job description

Reebok Europe are looking for an Account Marketing Lead, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be the key point of contact for a specific area/territory, managing relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts across the sport and lifestyle offence. We are looking for growth driven candidates, with passion for the brand, community and product first mind-set.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with European key account partners.
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key European accounts, aligning with overall brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Create seasonal plans and campaign concepts, ensuring comprehensive execution across the full marketing funnel, including digital, social, retail, and experiential activations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive seasonal marketing initiatives, including content creation, media planning, social engagement, influencer partnerships, staff training, events, and activations.
  • Collaboration & Briefing: Work closely with PR, social media, and creative teams to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content requirements, ensuring seamless integration and messaging consistency.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse marketing activities, generating insights to enhance performance, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of while maintaining clarity, control, and financial accountability.
Person Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5- years in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands.
  • Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors and the DACH market is highly desirable.
  • Previous background in account marketing management and/or management of online marketing brands is a plus (Zalando, About You, etc).
  • Passion for sports is added value.
