Your role's mission :

Your mission is to increase sales productivity, enhance revenue predictability, and improve operational efficiency, ensuring alignment across teams to drive sustainable business growth.

You will be responsible for implementing scalable RevOps frameworks, optimizing lead-to-revenue processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving pipeline visibility.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Improve Sales Productivity and Pipeline Acceleration

  • Develop and implement scalable RevOps processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the revenue funnel.
  • Improve pipeline management, lead prioritization, and conversion tracking.
  • Design and implement end-to-end revenue processes to enhance operational scalability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

2. Ensure Seamless Collaboration Between all Go-to-Market functions

  • Work with Marketing and Sales leaders to establish a predictable pipeline growth model and refine lead qualification criteria.
  • Ensure marketing attribution and campaign effectiveness tracking to optimize ROI on demand generation efforts.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between Go-to-Market functions (such as Customer Success and Partners departments) to manage complex deals and long sales cycles.

3. Ensure accurate and real-time visibility into pipeline performance, revenue trends, and team productivity.

  • Deliver dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Regularly audit and clean CRM data to maintain accuracy and integrity.

4. Enhance Customer Retention and Expansion Through Data-Driven RevOps

  • Implement customer lifecycle analytics to track churn risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Align RevOps with Customer Success to improve onboarding, retention, and revenue expansion strategies.

5. Sales Enablement : Empower and Support Sales Teams

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and a deep understanding of our products, market positioning, and sales processes.
  • Create and maintain ongoing training and development programs to ensure continuous learning and alignment with the latest sales strategies, industry trends, and product updates.

  • Implemented a scalable RevOps framework that enhances efficiency, automation, and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Optimized lead management processes, resulting in improved pipeline velocity and higher conversion rates
  • Developed reliable revenue forecasts and delivered data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Streamlined and optimized RevOps technology, increasing sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Directly contributed to revenue growth, improved efficiency, and predictable revenue generation
  • Built and successfully led a high-performing RevOps team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated strong cultural fit ,aligning with company values and driving positive collaboration.

Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Up to 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations, ideally in a SaaS B2B company or a fast-growing tech startup
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize revenue processes.
  • Strong background in data analytics, CRM management, forecasting, and sales automation tools

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Revenue Operations Strategy : Proven expertise in designing scalable, data-driven RevOps frameworks.
  • Sales & Marketing Funnel Optimization : Ability to refine lead management, sales processes, and pipeline velocity .
  • Data Analytics & Forecasting : Strong skills in revenue modeling, pipeline forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • CRM & RevOps Tools : Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ownership & Execution : Self-driven, accountable, and skilled at breaking into large accounts and closing deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong ability to bridge Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
