The opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Transformation Director to lead the strategic transformation agenda across the organization. This role will oversee a portfolio of high-impact projects and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with corporate objectives. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving a deep organizational turnaround and shaping the future of the company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the transformation roadmap aligned with group strategy.
  • Ensure governance, prioritization, and resource allocation across all initiatives.
Portfolio Management
  • Structure and lead a portfolio of transformation projects with measurable business impact.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report outcomes to senior leadership and LexCo.
Team Leadership
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Promote best practices in project and change management.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with senior executives to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive reporting.
Who Are We Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, or programme management within complex organizations.
  • Proven track record in leading large‑scale transformation initiatives and managing diverse project portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‑level reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of any other language would be a great plus.
