A leading travel app company in Paris is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage global compensation programs. The role requires at least 4 years of international experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English. A key part of the position involves data‑driven work: market benchmarking (Aon Radford), updating salary ranges, managing large data sets in Excel and supporting the end‑of‑year compensation review (Workday extracts, loading budgets, coordinating the comp cycle). The role also includes compliance responsibilities ensuring alignment with legal and collective‑agreement requirements.
As the expert of Compensation & Benefits topics you’ll have to work in autonomy to deliver the best strategy and be fully operational on your scope. We are looking for someone passionate and willing to face challenges in an international environment.
