Trade Marketing Assistant – Europe

6-month internship starting January 2026

The European Trade Marketing team is looking for a 6-month intern from January 2026. The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14, rue du 4 Septembre 75002).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for consolidating and tracking the local marketing support plans and marketing calendars for the European region on the Coty Prestige portfolio.
• Support the consolidation of the European Coty portfolio marketing plan & guidelines.
• Support the Innovation & Valuation report tracking.
• Support the Niche Fragrance growth strategy.
• Facilitate the preparation of key meeting presentations, including business reviews and commercial presentations.
• Run analysis on stock allocations, shortages or overstock.
• In charge of consolidating Europe post-launch recap presentations for top priority launches in the region.
• Responsible for the European monthly or quarterly newsletters sent to the European markets, sharing key news, results and best practices.

You are a Coty Fit

• Masters student with prior 6-months internship in marketing, sales or consulting.
• Strong business acumen and analytical background (advanced Excel skills required).
• Used to evolve in an international context and fluent in English (mandatory).
• Keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead projects in an independent manner.
