Your job will be to act as the central point of contact for HR processes within the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in maintaining office staffing and efficiency and contribute to the long-term success of Dark's culture.

First Missions

1. Get up to speed with HR processes in the company (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, etc.)
2. Take charge of the recruitment process and communication with partners
3. Scale and improve onboarding and HR operations
4. Develop HR policies and processes

Responsibilities

1. Oversee HR tools and systems related to recruitment, supporting international employees, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
2. Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and integration of our new hires
3. Take charge of internal HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
4. Support projects related to workforce planning, office transitions, and organizational development

Requirements

1. Great social intelligence
2. HR, communication, French law, and administrative skills
3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
4. Rigorous approach to problem solving
5. Fluency in French and English

Total salary package begins at €55,000, along with additional performance-based and project-related bonuses.
