Context
In a growth phase, we are seeking a HR Director France for our agencies: Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, Bureau Future, Kitty Events, Kitten, K2, Karla Otto, and The Independents holding. Reporting to the Global HRD, you will manage a team of four: a HR Manager, a Payroll and Admin Assistant with her intern, and a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Missons
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy supporting the company's mission, vision, and values across all subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness globally.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring consistent practices across subsidiaries.
- Lead the design and implementation of talent development and succession planning programs to foster growth opportunities worldwide.
- Develop and manage competitive, compliant compensation and benefits programs tailored to local regulations in each subsidiary.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country of operation, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all subsidiaries.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement, respecting cultural differences.
- Implement and leverage HR technology and systems to streamline processes globally and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues effectively.
- Strategic thinker capable of proposing innovative solutions to HR challenges.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficient in HR systems and technology, with data analysis capabilities for decision-making.
