A global footwear company is seeking a Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations across Europe. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring brand integrity, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and be able to motivate and guide franchise partners. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
The Franchise Manager will oversee daily operations of Skechers franchise partnerships across Europe. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring brand integrity, and implementing best practices in merchandising, marketing, visual standards, and operations. You will partner closely with franchise partners and corporate teams to maximize growth, optimize store performance, and ensure consistent retail standards across all locations.
