A leading global beauty company is seeking a Global Online assistant to join their Online Global team in Paris. The role involves coordinating online activations, contributing to global guidelines, and supporting digital asset delivery. Ideal candidates are Master’s degree students with a strong background in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, fluent in both English and French, and detail-oriented. This position offers up to 2 days of remote work per week and various product benefits throughout the internship.

The Global Online assistant has a key coordination role within the Online Global team of Kilian Paris being in contact with the different regions, teams and working on all the 360 online activations at Global levels. This scope covers tasks such as:
Master’s degree student with a first experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce, you are comfortable with Excel & PowerPoint, and have a good knowledge of Google Analytics.
You are rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal & organizational skills and desire to lead in projects. Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
Finally, you are fluent in English and French and enjoys working in an international environment.
