Just-Evotec Biologics is seeking a Digital leader to build the Digital team, culture, and systems required to establish J.POD Toulouse as a world-class digitally-enabled platform for biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing, utilizing proprietary processes and continuous manufacturing techniques.
This role requires a collaborative leader skilled in building and leading cross-functional teams of staff and contractors to install, configure, deploy, validate, and manage Digital systems supporting product development, GMP manufacturing, and business operations. The candidate should be customer-oriented, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, deliver initial operational capabilities, and advance digital maturity through process optimization, automation, and insights. The ideal candidate is strategic, a strong communicator, experienced in GMP digital operations, and a leader in operational excellence.
