A leading cloud software provider is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategic vision of its B2B SaaS Privacy Cockpit platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and will thrive in cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, aligning product strategy with business goals, and driving user adoption. Fluency in English and French is essential. This role is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine with flexible hybrid working options.

• Dig into customer problems!Engage inProduct Discovery to understand pain points,needsand opportunities.You advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process. You bridge the gap between the customer and business needs, working in a Trio with Product Design and Product Engineering tocome up with innovativesolution ideas. Leverage our extensive customer base to discuss andvalidateideas. Along with the Product Designer, conduct user research and test and identify newuser needs,trendsand areas for innovation.
• Transform our product strategy into user adoption and business impact!Create a plan to drive impactforyour product area and align it with the company’s business goals and market trends. Understand the competitive landscape and industry dynamics to ensure you and your team are “building the right solutions”.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Growth,Managementand other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of the strategy.
• Support efficient delivery!Own thequarterlyobjectivesto make sure we focus on the most impactful initiatives. Work closely withour amazing ProductEngineering teams using agile methodologies tofacilitatethetimelyand efficient delivery of product features and enhancements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, addresschallengesand roadblocks swiftly.Measurethe successand continuously improve and innovate.
• Make data-informeddecisions!Incorporate data, research, and market analysis intoyour planning and daily work.
• Be an Evangelist!Serve as the internal and external champion for your productarea, representing itsvalue proposition and unique selling points. Make sure our customer-facing teams are aware of the most relevant value-adding features and functionalities. Engage with customers and industry influencers to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends.

THIS IS YOU

To succeed inthis role:

• You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have a proven track recordof shippingcustomervalue that translates into business value, working with a cross-functional tech team and guiding it to achieve defined milestones.
• You demonstrate natural leadership qualities that allow you to inspire and lead your Product team and key stakeholders to desiredoutcomes, ensuring everyone is part of the journey.
• You have excellent communication and visualization skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• You are curious, analytical, and pragmatic, with a passion for turning complex systems into simple, intuitive solutions.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent Englishand Frenchlanguage skills(C1/C2 level).
