We are currently seeking a Communication and Marketing Digital Product Manager, reporting directly to the Manager of Business Development Support Functions Digital Products join our Digital for Support functions & Corporate team based in Nanterre, France.

• Own the Business relationship and Digital Products roadmap & strategy for Communications and Marketing domains
• Partner with the client to design digital work processes, functional change requests/demands on core business solutions/products and participate with developers in decision making in regard to changes/developments
• Provide technical support to procurement to negotiate with vendors contracts related to the solution and manage relationship with selected vendors ensuring efficient and compliant operations
• Ensure functionalities development in alignment with client needs and in a total cost ownership approach
• Perform a continuous improvement process to identify better ways of doing things and make recommendations for wider improvements in systems, practices, and procedures
• Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team.

Starting Date: As soon as possible

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• At least 10-15 years of experience as a Product Owner of Marketing/Communications domain
• Good knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud is also required to ensure effective management of marketing operations and CRM systems.
• Experience with CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, ...) and Enterprise Web sites management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, very strong customer‑oriented mindset
• Ability to handle interfaces with senior leadership in environments demanding operational excellence
