We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to improve growth in our Media expertise. You will help expand our client portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities and positioning our data-driven solutions as essential enablers of our performance. Reporting to the VP Growth, you will use our modern capabilities — Media, Creative and Data & Analytics - to help businesses turn their data into a competitive advantage.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Execute a strategic development plan aligned with our growth goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects, developing a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Implement prospecting strategies, both directly and through strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management & Opportunities

  • Be a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of our combined Media x Crea x Data proposition to senior decision-makers.
  • Understand client challenges and our goals, translating them into tailored, data-driven strategies.

Pitching & Commercial Proposals

  • Lead the development of strategic proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client our goals.
  • Create compelling commercial propositions that highlight the impact of our data and analytics expertise.
  • Work with our teams to design and sell custom, high-value solutions that differentiate our agency.

Brand Development & Networking

  • Represent the agency at industry-leading events (conferences, trade shows, networking events).
  • Develop and nurture a network within the Data, Analytics, Martech, and Digital Transformation ecosystem.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate tracking of commercial activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to increase sales efforts and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Experience (8+ years) in business development or sales within Media and digital transformation.
  • Track record in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in selling data-driven solutions, including analytics platforms, CRM strategies, data modeling, and measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience with Martech, analytics tools and business intelligence solutions.
  • Well-established network within the digital, marketing, and technology ecosystem.
  • Fluent in business English
  • You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
