Job summary
Une entreprise de transport dynamique recherche une Assistante Exploitation Transport pour organiser les collectes, gérer les relations clients et assister dans les tâches administratives. Le poste nécessite des compétences informatiques solides, une expérience dans le transport étant un atout. Le candidat idéal sera polyvalent et à l'aise dans un environnement opérationnel.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience in transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in organizing collections and managing customer requests.
- Handle communication and reschedule for uncompleted routes.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management.

Organization of collections:
- Participate in receiving drivers' work schedules
- Receive and plan customer collection requests
- Assist in scheduling customer routes
Control collection elements:
- Participate in receiving and checking drivers' route elements
- Know all regulatory and operational documents for drivers
- Assist in communicating and rescheduling for uncompleted customer routes
- Familiar with all operational tools
Customer relations:
- Handle customer requests via phone and email
- Be the primary contact for operational customer needs with CDRC
Procurement tasks:
- Enter purchase requests
- Manage packaging purchases
- Participate in inventory of packaging and equipment
- Assist with daily operational needs
Candidate profile:
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel)
- Experience in transportation is a plus
