• Communicate with guests prior to their arrival to fine-tune itineraries, set clear expectations, and ensure they feel fully prepared for their journey.
• Manage service bookings, including accommodations, private guides, transfers, and tours, ensuring every detail is confirmed and aligned with guest preferences.
• Provide concierge-style, on-the-ground support throughout each guest’s trip (via phone and WhatsApp), delivering prompt assistance and solutions when needed.
• Welcome guests personally upon arrival.
• Collaborate with local vendors and partners to maintain quality standards, confirm availability, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Offer curated, thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, activities, and cultural experiences tailored to each guest’s interests and travel style.
• Stay well-informed about local events and travel trends, to provide the most current advice and insights.
• Collect guest feedback and use it to continuously refine and enhance the quality of services and guest experiences.
• Contribute to creative projects in the off-season, such as writing or researching local content for blog posts and travel updates.

To thrive as a Destination Expert for Paris, France , you’ll bring a unique mix of skills, experience, and passion:

• Location — You’re permanently based in Paris, France. Since this role involves regularly meeting our guests in person, your location should make commuting quick and convenient. You know the city inside out — from hidden gems to local favorites — and can share those authentic, on-the-ground insights that make each trip truly special.
• Language Skills — You are fluent in English and French , both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with travelers and partners.
• Relevant Experience — You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in tourism, travel planning, or hospitality, with a solid track record of delivering high-quality service.
• Local Knowledge — You possess an in-depth understanding of France’s culture, cuisine, geography, and hidden gems, allowing you to craft authentic, personalized travel experiences.
• Core Skills — You are skilled in customer service, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication, ensuring smooth and seamless journeys for clients.
• Personal Qualities — You are friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about travel, always striving to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Flexibility — You are available during the day to support travelers and can adapt quickly to unexpected changes or challenges.
