• Analyze requirements and participate in technical project design.
• Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project goals.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, identify technical risks, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers, document processes, and track system metrics.
• Validate and test solutions, train end users, and implement technological advancements.
• Ensure quality standards, generate documentation, and contribute to team training.
• Share knowledge within our community of practice and recommend innovative products and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; experience with other clouds is a plus.
• Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and coding methodologies is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
