We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Network and Corporate Development Specialist to support the growth of our international network of independent M&A advisors. This position is ideal for professionals with strong business development skills, a focus on relationship management, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to identify, interview, and engage experienced independent M&A advisors, contributing to the expansion of our global network.
Serve as the primary contact for prospective network members, ensuring alignment with the firm’s values and fostering long-term professional relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, research, and operations, to execute business development initiatives that align with company goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or executive search.
Proven track record in identifying business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a results-driven environment.
High-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level). Additional language skills are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams, including across U.S. business time zones.
Based in Spain or able to work remotely from a similar time zone with appropriate work authorization.
