The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Trading & Planning Analyst to join the Disney+ team in Spain & Portugal. This role is key to supporting commercial performance analysis and strategic decision-making for our streaming service across both markets.

As Trading & Planning Analyst, You Will

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including sign-ups, churn, engagement, content performance, and subscriber growth.
• Deliver clear insights and presentations comparing actual performance to forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify business opportunities and support internal decision-making.
• Collaborate daily with local Disney+ teams and EMEA trading and analytics teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for trading-related queries in Spain & Portugal, ensuring alignment with EMEA best practices.

• Strong analytical skills and high numeracy, with experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering compelling insights to various stakeholders.
• Confident, autonomous, and adaptable communicator across different audiences.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, digital media, marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, databases, and automation tools (dashboards, custom reports).
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
