WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with programming languages suitable for building maintainable and production-ready applications (e.g., Java, C#, Go, C++).
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing.
- English - fluent
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing diverse skills to contribute in multiple areas.
- Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile events.
- Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing the product value.
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement, focusing on technical skills and process enhancements.
- Support and practice continuous integration, delivering automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams for effective integration.
- Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
- Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures.
- Foster successful team dynamics through effective human interaction, including team-building activities.
