We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Dutch and strong cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time fully remote position based in Bulgaria offering a stable salary and performance-based bonus.
In this role you will :
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify qualify and engage business leads
- Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
- Native-level Dutch (mandatory) and fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification
- Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Full-time contract Monday to Friday (09 : 0018 : 00)
- Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria) Relocation offered
- Gross monthly salary : 4300 BGN bonus benefits
- Quarterly performance bonus up to 2000 BGN
