This well-established organisation provides a specialised MIS / ERP platform for the printing and labelling industry. You’ll be joining a close-knit, highly collaborative team with a strong reputation for first-class customer service. This is a remote role based anywhere in Spain, with regular travel to key industrial clients across the country.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent role for an Implementation Consultant or ERP / MIS specialist who wants to lead full-cycle implementation projects in a highly specialised industry. You’ll be supported by experienced teammates across Europe, while having the autonomy to manage your own clients, deliver training, influence product usage, and ultimately ensure long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

You will :

Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from scoping and planning through configuration, training, testing and go-live.

Deliver high-quality customer training and consultancy to industrial printing and labelling clients across Spain.

Act as the primary point of contact for new customers post-implementation.

Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and relationship management.

Collaborate closely with internal product, helpdesk, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Produce clear implementation documentation, status reports, and project updates.

Travel to client sites across Spain (up to 50%).

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you bring :

Experience working with ERP or MIS systems, either as an implementation consultant or advanced user from within the labelling, packaging or printing industry.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex business workflows in printing, manufacturing or related sectors.

Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with industrial customers.

A proactive, independent working style with strong project ownership.

Willingness to travel across Spain (up to 50%).

Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports) or database concepts is a bonus.
