An international support service provider is seeking a PPC Growth Specialist to lead their paid acquisition strategy, primarily focusing on Google Search Ads. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in running ad campaigns for B2B products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create compelling ad copy. Formación

About product

Quidget is an AI Agent platform that helps businesses automate 1st-line support using smart, no-code AI agents. Our customers use Quidget to answer live chats, support emails, and onboard users — while keeping humans in the loop when needed.

About the role

We’re now doubling down on Google Ads and other high-intent channels. That’s why we’re looking for a PPC Growth Specialist to own paid acquisition and help us scale what’s working.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta, and other platforms. You’ll work alongside our VP of Product, who shapes our overall strategy and supports the team in achieving ambitious results.

  • Own our entire paid acquisition strategy — with an initial focus on Google Search
  • Research keywords, competitors, & customer pain points to build high-converting campaigns
  • Write ads, set up campaigns, manage daily budgets, and monitor performance
  • Optimize key pages (like pricing, signup, or onboarding) for higher conversion
  • Run A / B tests on copy, CTAs, and landing pages — and report learnings clearly
  • Build dashboards to track CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV from paid channels
  • Launch retargeting ads (e.g. Meta, YouTube) for visitors who didn’t convert
  • Explore new paid channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) once core funnel is working
  • Work with product marketing, design, and analytics to move fast and iterate weekly
What you need to succeed in this role
  • 2+ years running Google Search Ads for SaaS, PLG, or B2B products
  • Strong understanding of funnel math: CPL, CAC, ROI, payback, etc.
  • Ability to write clear ad copy that converts (text + visuals)
  • Experience using tools like GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, Looker Studio
  • Knowledge on how to brief landing pages or test new variants
  • Comfort working solo on paid growth — from research → launch → report
  • Experience giving weekly updates with data, not “fluff”
Would be a plus
  • running retargeting or worked with Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
  • Experience working with chatbots or AI tools (even better if you’ve worked with startups)
