Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mechanical seals for various applications.
- Participate in interdisciplinary projects.
- Collaborate with R&D and testing departments.

Design of mechanical seals for compressors mixers and seal gas boosters.
- Special emphasis on mechanical seal design for compressors mixers and seal gas boosters.
- A cross-departmental assignment with a focus on applied engineering work
- Development and optimization of new products in cooperation with the test field and R&D departments
- Active involvement on the 3D SolidWorks implementation
- Systematically analyze data to uncover areas for improvement.
- Participation in challenging and exciting interdisciplinary projects of the overall site
- Participation in additional qualification measures (product training project management lean training engineering software PLM ERP)
- Continuous support from a personal mentor
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Knowledge in the field of rotating equipment thermodynamics and design engineering is an advantage.
- Hands-On mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects
- Programming knowledge (VBA or similar) is desirable.
- Very high level of self-discipline as well as organization
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs as well as CAD (SolidWorks AutoCAD Inventor) CAE (ANSYS)
- High level of commitment and flexibility as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm
