Process Development:Help design and implement processes aligned with corporate policies and guidelines
Production Planning:Contribute to shapingnew production planning processes within the new central distribution center environment
Replenishment Optimization:Refine replenishment processes with emphasis on efficiency, clarity, and responsible resource management
Digital & System Enhancements:Support improvements to ERP and forecasting tools to enhance material availability and reduce working capital needs
Supplier Integration:Support EDI connection development, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to effective digital collaboration with suppliers
Issue Resolution:Analyze and resolve system errors, process inconsistencies, and workflow issues with a focus on continuous improvement
Invoice Coordination:Monitor invoice postings, identify deviations, and support corrections following the four‑eyes principle
Operational Support:Support urgent material shortages, supplier escalations, and express shipments; provide backup support within the planning area when needed
A degree in business administration, economics, (industrial) engineering, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of replenishment and disposition principles
Analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems constructively
Confident use of Microsoft Office tools
Proficient experience with SAP and forecasting systems
Strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English
A collaborative, respectful, and inclusive working style; flexibility and commitment
Lean Management or Green Belt experience is a plus
