Responsibilities
  • Manage team induction, competence development, and autonomy through training and follow‑up actions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety work instructions and quality standards, escalating issues as per protocols.
  • Lead meetings, annual reviews, succession planning, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements.
  • Enforce health, safety and environmental rules and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and SQCDM performance, meeting and improving targets.
  • Lead daily problem‑solving, ergonomic risk elimination, and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics.
  • Contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth start‑ups and layout optimizations.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, Mechanical).
  • Several years of professional experience in the production area.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
