Job Summary

Managing Management of the training center

This role requires on-site presence in HOF 1–2 days per week and involves approximately 30% travel within Germany, Switzerland, and other Eastern European countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the product trainer team (training center), administrative support staff and leading a team of 5.
  • Staff deployment and resource planning according to current needs
  • Implementation of personnel development measures (trainer training)
  • Instruction of trainers in new procedures and equipment
  • Conducting market monitoring and analyses
  • Development of training and course concepts
  • Instruction of trainers in new courses to be conducted
  • Creation and regular updating / adaptation of training materials
  • Active delivery of courses
  • Acquisition of new customers and provision of consultations to existing customers
  • Acceptance of fall protection equipment
  • Conducting expert inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls from a height
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
  • Requires knowledge and skills acquired through advanced qualifications as a Master Craftsman or Business Administrator, or through relevant vocational training of at least three years plus extensive additional subject‑specific qualification
  • Strong management skills.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Fluency in English & German is must (Spanish good to have)
  • HSE background is a plus.
