We are a young and ambitious e-commerce startup that is growing rapidly. Since our founding in July 2015, Mister Sandman has been funded entirely through our own cash flow. Our mission is to deliver quality sleep products at fair prices, quickly and easily. We started with one mattress and now offer a broad catalog of bedding items. We are active on over 15 online platforms and are continuously seeking new opportunities to expand. Currently, we focus on France, Germany, and the Netherlands, with plans to enter additional international markets.

Start date for this position: Flexible

1. You create competition, market, and product analyses.
2. You drive independent projects to expand our reach (stores, marketplaces, new products).
3. You analyze and generate KPI reports.
4. You identify optimization potential in current processes.
5. You support daily operations as needed.

• Completed technical or college studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• First professional and project experience in business development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Motivated, reliable, independent, and a team player.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (SVerweis should be manageable).
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English; additional languages like French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Hungarian, or Scandinavian languages are a plus.
• High motivation, hands-on mentality, and strong implementation skills.
