Join Opinary, a part of Affinity Global Inc., a leading international AdTech powerhouse headquartered in Mumbai and Chicago. We're at the forefront of audience engagement, empowering publishers like the Financial Times, NBC Universal, Yahoo, and The Times of London with our award-winning AI polling software. We help publishers capture real-time opinions, collect valuable first-party data, and monetize their content.

We're seeking a seasoned (Senior) Publisher Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across Europe and the UK, focusing on our revolutionary Flex Poll product.

Your Mission:

  1. Proactively identify, qualify, and convert a target list of 10M+ page views per month publishers to Opinary's Flex Poll.
  2. Achieve a quarterly quota based on new publisher acquisition and some upselling of current publishers.
  3. Nurture and expand relationships with a select portfolio of key international publisher accounts.
  4. Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to management.
  5. Become a product expert and effectively communicate Opinary’s value proposition.
  6. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

What You'll Bring:

  1. 3+ years of proven success in AdTech publisher sales or SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the digital publishing landscape.
  2. Deep understanding of the ad tech landscape, including direct sales, programmatic advertising, first-party data strategies, and content monetization strategies.
  3. Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior-level decision-makers at large publishing houses.
  4. Proficient in HubSpot CRM: sales tracking, reporting, pipeline management, forecasting and targets.
  5. Experience with MEDDICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
  6. Growth Mindset: A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level). German proficiency is a plus.
  8. A credible, trusted profile in the industry, evidenced by a strong personal network.
  9. Deep interest and understanding of publishers’ data strategies and how the publisher landscape is responding to the demise of the 3rd party cookie. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards affecting digital publishers.
  10. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
