Qualificações
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a real estate law firm.
- Specialized knowledge of real estate law and transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilidades
- Provide underwriting support to customers through phone inquiries.
- Review title requisitions and communicate with clients.
- Identify fraudulent transactions through external communications.
- Prepare non-standard Schedule B exceptions and confer with Solicitors.
- Maintain knowledge of FCT’s underwriting guidelines.
