Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a real estate law firm.
• Specialized knowledge of real estate law and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support to customers through phone inquiries.
• Review title requisitions and communicate with clients.
• Identify fraudulent transactions through external communications.
• Prepare non-standard Schedule B exceptions and confer with Solicitors.
• Maintain knowledge of FCT’s underwriting guidelines.
