Reporting to the Manager, Equipment Breakdown, the successful candidate will leverage their technical skills and business acumen to grow our brand presence. You will build a book of business and collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive insurance solutions. The role requires independence, teamwork, and a passion for developing creative opportunities.

How you will create impact:
  • Building the brand by developing relationships with brokers and partners to expand market penetration.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to support accounts and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Underwriting and quoting new business and renewals aligned with our guidelines and objectives to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborating with partners to prepare quotations, negotiate coverage, and offer creative solutions for mutual benefit.
  • Monitoring progress toward personal and business goals.
  • Providing feedback on product offerings and resources to support continuous improvement.

  • An insurance designation (or working towards) CIP/CRM is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance or sales/service experience.
  • Understanding of underwriting principles is an asset.
  • Experience in Equipment Breakdown or P&C is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and French is essential, as the role involves servicing primarily anglophone and francophone clients and teams. Non-French duties are not transferable to other team members.

  • Adherence to a hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days in office weekly.
