We’re on the hunt for a Inventory Control Analyst on our Satellite systems team at our Montreal office.

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's inventory levels. He/she is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, analyzing inventory data and providing strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and minimize inventory-related costs.

• Monitor and maintain accuracy of inventory levels.
• Coordinate inventory valuation activities, cost analysis, inventory movement analysis and the process of taking inventory and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate inventory management activities to ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian and EU export control regulations, laws and sanctions, as well as compliance with the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
• Analyze inventory trends and generate detailed reports on inventory performance.
• Use analytical tools to forecast future inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
• Develop and/or maintain various ad hoc or regular reports related to inventory management or other related activities.

• Participate in the training of inventory management teams, ensuring the proper application of procedures and policies.

• Suggest and participate in the implementation of initiatives to improve the efficiency of inventory management processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Ability to analyze complex data and draw relevant conclusions.
• Proficiency in inventory management and data analysis software (e.g. Excel, ERP).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
• Rigor and accuracy in tracking inventory data.

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
