We are seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join the Chief AI Office and operate at the intersection of logic, business value, and human‑centric design. This is a high‑visibility role for a relentless self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and refuses to wait for permission to drive outcomes.
You will not just "support" strategy; you will define and measure it. You will take complex, unstructured business problems, break them down with rigorous logic, and drive them from ideation to value realization. Crucially, you will ensure that every business case and AI initiative our team launches delivers tangible value—not just to the bottom line, but to the experiences of our customers and the well‑being of our communities.
Salary Range: $102,000‑$154,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
