We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in leading and owning the product development process, ensuring successful delivery of web design and development projects.

Responsibilities (Short Term) :
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and clients, demonstrating excellent social and communication skills.
- Display a natural curiosity and a keen interest in understanding the processes involved in web design and development.
- Utilize a customer service background to provide exceptional client support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Leverage recent agency or consulting experience to contribute valuable insights and perspectives during project engagements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in web development project management and possess a solid understanding of project requirements, documenting them effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to assist in various project aspects, including content authoring and testing.
Responsibilities (Long Term) :
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather and elicit detailed requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives.
- Take ownership of project planning meetings, breaking down designs and incorporating additional requirements into a backlog for efficient project management.
- Engage in high-level discussions regarding the product suite and its capabilities, contributing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Provide project support and potentially manage smaller projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Deliver training sessions to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize the developed solutions.
- Create comprehensive project documentation as required, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in web design and development projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated natural curiosity, with an inquisitive mindset and an interest in understanding how things work.
- Solid customer service background, enabling you to provide exceptional support to clients.
- Recent experience in an agency or consulting environment, contributing valuable insights and approaches.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring effective documentation and requirement ownership.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects forward.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about project requirements and objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to assist in various areas of the project as needed.
