Job Title: Color & Curl Concierge

The Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is our industry ambassador, showcasing our expertise in color, talent development, technical skills, social media, and sales.

In addition to daily sales responsibilities, the CCC/CCS focuses on:

1. Enhancing customer retention and loyalty
2. Building lasting relationships to increase brand awareness and market share in hair color
3. Using market analysis to promote products, introduce new offerings, provide customer education both in-store and virtually
4. Providing color & curl/texture consulting to salons, barbershops, spas, schools, and licensed cosmetologists

This role emphasizes driving the color & curl segment and requires extensive online education and certification.

Primary Duties:

1. Assess customer needs and offer professional advice on color and care products
2. Communicate with team members and vendors about sales activities and customer support
3. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
4. Maintain high standards in merchandising, signage, and store presentation
5. Stay informed on industry trends and adapt sales techniques accordingly
6. Follow store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
7. Uphold company values and ethics

Experience and Skills:

• At least one year of retail or sales experience
• Cosmetologist license preferred in the US and Canada
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for events
• Strong sales and business acumen
• Knowledge of retail systems, POS, and social media
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must pass Color Certification within 60 days of hire
