About the role :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative In-House Creator to produce engaging content across TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms. This role involves being the face and voice of RHEI's brand, discussing the intersection of AI and creativity. You will play a pivotal role in organically promoting our AI platform, while also generating content that informs and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and post daily content on TikTok, YouTube, X, and other social platforms.
• Discuss topics related to AI and creativity, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with RHEI's brand.
• Utilize various tools for video creation including captions, motion graphics, and overlays.
• Engage with and grow RHEI's online audience by responding to comments and interacting with followers.
• Develop creative, educational, and engaging content that aligns with RHEI's brand voice and mission.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and AI developments to inform content strategy.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Test and iterate different content formats to optimize engagement and reach.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Comfortable being on camera, with a strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and charismatically.
• Deep interest and knowledge in AI and creativity, with the ability to explain complex ideas in an accessible way.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Ability to write compelling scripts and structure content effectively.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while aligning with RHEI's overall strategy.
