How will you make an impact?
Handle commercial customer order activities, from receipt of purchase order/request through to shipment of finished goods, increasing operating efficiencies and customer service. Provide clients with timely and accurate reporting of the status of customer orders using delivery schedules and take corrective actions to mitigate any late deliveries. Create and maintain the production plan in SAP system based on available production capacity (both Machine and Labour).
This is a fully onsite role.

Education:
College/Technical School diploma in Materials Management or related business field. BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar preferred. Certification such as APICS CPIM/CSCP is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of client-related, manufacturing planning or scheduling experience using SAP or equivalent tools, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong client service orientation, excellent communication skills, ability to create KPI metrics, strong negotiation skills, detail-oriented, capable of analyzing complex problems, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.

Follow all safety policies, work collaboratively, maintain quality standards, engage in continuous improvement, and communicate proactively about risks and issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to GMP and SOPs.
Physical Requirements:
Light physical effort, occasional equipment operation, and potential exposure to physical discomforts such as dust, fumes, or noise. Use of PPE may be required.
