Job summary
A leading dairy breed association in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a Senior Data Operations & BI Developer to design and maintain data integration and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, along with strong skills in SQL Server and Microsoft data tools. This position offers remote working options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience delivering SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS solutions.
- Experience in managing SQL-based solutions in Visual Studio with version control.
- Deep expertise in MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Strong understanding of indexing and query optimization.
- Competency in building and maintaining ETL workflows using SSIS.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
- Co-lead the modernization of reporting with Power BI dashboards.
- Own daily automated SSIS processes and resolve issues.
- Present and document complex data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
