Qualifications

• Significant experience (>6-8 years) in DevOps, DevSecOps, Tech Support or SRE.
• Experience in high-pressure roles such as on-call support or security operations.
• Strong experience in maintaining high-uptime SLA services.
• Comfortable with live interactions with Fortune-500 customers.
• Strong security baseline including incident detection and containment.

Responsibilities

• Build systematic K8s workflows to deploy our product.
• Assist product deployment and support customer success.
• Provide first line of support for customer escalations.
• Contribute to deployment support across North America time zones.
• Coordinate product roadmap between Commercial Staff and Technical Staff.
• Communicate clearly with a bias for asynchronous written communication.
