Job summary

A leading nuclear technology firm in Ontario is seeking a Training Specialist to assess, plan, and implement training programs. Ideal candidates have a university degree or college diploma in Training/Education and relevant experience. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of directly relevant experience in an industrial setting.
  • In the absence of post-secondary education, a minimum of five years experience in a technical role.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in the assessment of training needs using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
  • Collaborating with the Training Consultant to troubleshoot and provide training solutions.
  • Assisting with Training Program Evaluations.
  • Planning, organizing, and designing training events.
  • Identifying industry best practices and benchmarks.
