This part-time role allows flexible, remote work and aims to evaluate and improve coding models. The ideal candidate should have substantial control over their production codebase and strong coding knowledge, including Python or Java. Compensation is provided hourly via a contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Current or former CTO or founder with access to production codebase.
• Ability to grant limited licenses for evaluation.
• Active OSS contributor on Git.

Responsibilities

• Authorize access for evaluation of code.
• Curate datasets by masking secrets.
• Analyze model behavior on your code.

Skills

Deep knowledge of system architecture

Fluent in Python, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, TypeScript

Experience with Git

Knowledge of CI/CD

Ability to collaborate asynchronously
