Qualifications

• University Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Law and/or Economics or equivalent required.
• PMAC, SCMAO, PMP, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent are considered assets.
• 10+ years of experience in contracting, procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience in Contracting lifecycles, Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC), Design & Build, and Design-Bid-Build.

Responsibilities

• Support qualification & selection of contractors.
• Liaise with stakeholders for contractor onboarding.
• Manage contractor performance and oversight.
• Coordinate incident management and reporting.
• Facilitate communication and program enhancements.
