1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
3. Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members
5. Provide training and guidance to customers on using IT systems and applications

• 1+ years of experience in a help desk or customer support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Experience with remote support tools is a plus
