This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on the tactical execution, preparation, and final production of graphic assets for digital, print, and environmental applications.

  • Prepare final artwork files according to vendor specifications, technical requirements, and established brand guidelines (color, typography, layout, imagery).
  • Manage asset versioning, resizing, and localization of core design concepts for various channels and regional needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage an organized library of production templates and assets to improve team efficiency and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to ensure design intent is maintained while solving complex production challenges.
  • Audit and maintain assets across internal and external DAMs.
  • Conduct thorough quality control (QC) checks on all final files, including pre-flighting, to eliminate errors before handoff to vendors or deployment.
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally.
Minimum requirements for the role
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar production-focused creative role, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for high-volume production.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical file preparation, including knowledge of image resolution, color modes (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed, trim, pre-flighting, and font handling for both digital and print production.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
An ideal candidate also has
  • Experience creating and managing design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with motion graphics production or video editing (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro).
