Role Overview

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community. The ideal candidate will work closely with our internal marketing team to elevate our content strategy and improve engagement beyond our current efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Design visually appealing posts using Canva to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to increase video content creation and multimedia posts to improve engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create, edit, and optimize content (text, graphics, videos) using Canva and other design tools.
  • Manage the posting schedule and ensure timely content delivery across platforms.
  • Track social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithms to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Perform social media audits to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Must have at least 2 year of experience working in a social media management role at a company.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Canva to create posts, graphics, and other design elements.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging posts.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Experience with basic analytics tools to track social media performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
