With this position, you would be joining a dynamic administrative team who directly facilitate and support the advancement of research, education, and knowledge translation in obstetrics and gynaecology, from a local to a global perspective. As the Residency Program Coordinator, you will work collaboratively under the guidance of the Residency Program Director and Residency Program Officer to support Canada’s largest and most prestigious residency program in obstetrics and gynaecology. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will respond to residency program-related enquiries from a variety of stakeholders, including approximately 75 residents. You will liaise with university and hospital staff, trainees, faculty, and external vendors to coordinate program activities, assist with event execution, and provide a wide array of program support. Your exceptional organisational skills and clear, effective communication will contribute to the ongoing success of the residency program.
