This newly created role supports the senior leadership team in executing a major rail program, requiring strong project management experience and the ability to coordinate across workstreams. AECOM Mississauga is seeking an Program Manager to act as the primary support to the Delivery Leadership Team and day-to-day support and Project Management for cross cutting initiatives on a major rail program.
This role provides day-to-day program leadership support under the direction of the Deputy Delivery Partner Lead, providing support in execution of special projects across several workstreams including Org Change, Governance, Business Support and the Target Price Management Team. The Program Manager enables the Senior Program Manager and the Program Delivery Director to focus on strategic leadership by supporting management of high performing team and key Program deliverables.
This is a newly created role designed for a driven professional with project or program management experience who is eager to take on broader leadership responsibilities, supported by senior guidance.
